I have been looking and looking; I am absolutly stuck! What would be the best place to snowboard, ski, tube, snowmobile, etc., that is near Texas, such as NM or Colorado. I would like to go some where that has a nightlife and good shopping places. Those are the main things. It seems like I am asking for a lot, but its a vaction and those don’t come around for me too often! =) So, if anyone knows where I can find all of this in one place, that wont break my pocket book TOO much, I would really appreciate it!!

I’ve been to Breckenridge and I’ve been to Vail and both towns are excellent for skiing and vacationing. There are many other resorts in Colorado. Aspen, Vail and Telluride are probably the most expensive resorts overall.
