When I ride my glasses always fog up. I put some spray stuff on my goggles and that works well, but the instructions say not to use on glasses. What can I put on them to keep them from fogging?

Buy a good quality anti fog pair that are vented
try a product called Rain-X. i use it to treat my glasses and goggles . works great and it’s cheap.
You can buy wipes that help the fog factor. other than that try not breathing
